Job Summary


The responsibility of this position is to maintain the company's accounting records and provide specific and accurate financial data through the effective use of a reporting system. The accountant is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and interpreting operational results for management.


Job Duties


  • Prepare reports that contribute to the annual budgeting process in line with development and performance improvement objectives.
  • Implement company administrative systems and regulations while maintaining confidentiality of work.
  • Supervise and monitor all accounting, financial, and reporting activities of the company.
  • Ensure timely reconciliations and analysis of general ledger accounts.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements for the company with all necessary explanations and analyses required by management.
  • Propose to the financial manager the development and implementation of appropriate control systems to protect the company's assets and monitor its operations effectively.
  • Prepare all treasury reports and forms in accordance with treasury policies and procedures.
  • Monitor all accounting and bank transactions and balances, reporting them to the financial manager and company director on a daily basis.
  • Follow up, coordinate, and participate in inventory processes and prepare discrepancy lists resulting from it.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the work of internal and external auditors, providing them with the necessary information and details about the accounts and systems used.
  • Review and approve monthly employee salary and benefits statements and submit them to the financial manager.
  • Review reports extracted from the system and ensure their accuracy and precision.
  • Monitor the company's tax affairs with the relevant authorities, as well as banking and financial transactions.
  • Continuously develop through courses or self-improvement throughout the year.

Required Skills


  • Proficient in conducting credit checks for company clients.
  • Proficient in English (Reading, Writing, Speaking)
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Programs (Excell, Word, Outlook, Power point)
  • Skillful in negotiating with customers in cases of non-payment.
  • Ability to prepare reports and forecasts.
  • Good organization of various invoice and deposit records.
  • Performing high-quality invoicing and collection procedures that comply with the law.
  • A good understanding of account support processes and training of new employees.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and legal changes.


Job Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • At least one year of previous accounting experience, including supervisory roles.
  • Good practical experience with various accounting software programs.
