The responsibility of this position is to maintain the company's accounting records and provide specific and accurate financial data through the effective use of a reporting system. The accountant is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and interpreting operational results for management.
Job Duties
Prepare reports that contribute to the annual budgeting process in line with development and performance improvement objectives.
Implement company administrative systems and regulations while maintaining confidentiality of work.
Supervise and monitor all accounting, financial, and reporting activities of the company.
Ensure timely reconciliations and analysis of general ledger accounts.
Prepare monthly financial statements for the company with all necessary explanations and analyses required by management.
Propose to the financial manager the development and implementation of appropriate control systems to protect the company's assets and monitor its operations effectively.
Prepare all treasury reports and forms in accordance with treasury policies and procedures.
Monitor all accounting and bank transactions and balances, reporting them to the financial manager and company director on a daily basis.
Follow up, coordinate, and participate in inventory processes and prepare discrepancy lists resulting from it.
Coordinate and facilitate the work of internal and external auditors, providing them with the necessary information and details about the accounts and systems used.
Review and approve monthly employee salary and benefits statements and submit them to the financial manager.
Review reports extracted from the system and ensure their accuracy and precision.
Monitor the company's tax affairs with the relevant authorities, as well as banking and financial transactions.
Continuously develop through courses or self-improvement throughout the year.

Required Skills
Proficient in conducting credit checks for company clients.
Proficient in English (Reading, Writing, Speaking)
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Programs (Excell, Word, Outlook, Power point)
Skillful in negotiating with customers in cases of non-payment.
Ability to prepare reports and forecasts.
Good organization of various invoice and deposit records.
Performing high-quality invoicing and collection procedures that comply with the law.
A good understanding of account support processes and training of new employees.
Stay updated on industry trends and legal changes.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
At least one year of previous accounting experience, including supervisory roles.
Good practical experience with various accounting software programs.
