HR Officer

·         Responsibilities :

o    Assisting HR with the process of recruitment, including vetting candidates, assisting with interviews and issuing employment contracts
o    Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department
o    Compiling and maintaining paper, digital and electronic employee records, including holiday and sickness leaves
o    Processing payroll and assisting with the documentation of employee compensation and benefits
o    Supporting HR-related training programs, workshops and seminars
o    Entering employee data into computer database
o    Coordinating logistics for new hire orientations 
o    Writing and submitting reports on general HR activities 
o    Overseeing HR events and meetings and coordinating management-employee communications
o    Continuously learn the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency .

Requirements :

o    BA degree in administration or related field.
o    previous experience as an HR assistant tasks and responsibilities.
o    Basic knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
o    Fluency in English, Arabic and Kurdish languages.
o    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o    Proficient computer skills, mainly MS suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
o    Excellent organizational skills with filing, indexing and meeting deadlines for assigned tasks and responsibilities.
